When thinking of scenic spots for a sunrise, I suspect the middle of Derby is not one that immediately springs to mind. However, I was up there for work and only had a short walk from the hotel to the office in the morning just as the sun was rising. I got into the office and immediately saw through the window that the sky was lighting up quite spectacularly. Sure, another location might have been better, but you can only photograph what is where you are!
